About the RoleJoin our Marketing and Online Product Department in a key role dedicated to crafting impactful digital assets for diverse campaigns. As a Multimedia Designer with a focus on Graphic Design, you'll play a pivotal role in translating product messaging, research, and copy into visually compelling designs. From educational tools to sales collateral and social media content funnels, your work will create a visual narrative that captures attention and fosters engagement.Key Responsibilities

Create and design various digital materials for campaigns, including pdf documents, sales collateral, landing pages, and social media content.
Ensure high-quality and timely completion of projects within design specifications and budget constraints.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively, meeting deadlines consistently.
Utilize graphic design software and work with a variety of media to bring concepts to life.

Responsibilities

Adhere to the company's design guidelines, maintaining consistent branding across internal and external documents.
Showcase expertise in creating visually appealing reports and eBooks, encompassing layouts, infographics, and charts.

Key Skills & Qualities

Compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
Exceptional attention to detail in design and execution.
Strong written and spoken English skills, with an articulate communication style.
Specialization in crafting engaging reports and eBooks.
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in the corporate sector (property sector experience is a bonus).
Proven work displaying creative capabilities, including e-books, B2, C reports, and sales collateral.
Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, preferred but not essential.
Minimum 3 years of graphic design experience in the corporate sector, with a bonus if experienced in the property sector.
Demonstrated work showcasing creative abilities in e-books, B2, C reports, and sales collateral.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Illustrator, and InDesign.
