Services Consultant Associate – Vietnam/Thailand Payroll

- Predominant duties lie in the Refine stage; this includes leading both User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel testing.
- Review the testing of the configuration based on requirements gathered
- Reviewing testing discrepancies after a thorough review of each item using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Reporting out results to the internal and external teams in a clear concise manner
- Documentation of any deviations from the Managed Standard for the Managed Operation’s team review and approval
- Be involved in all project phases (Initiate, Model, Refine, and Experience)
- Be a “go-to” resource for Managed Services standard processes, which includes presenting standardized information to the customer.
- Provide customers with standard timelines around payroll commits and general assistance for roles and responsibilities.
- Validate customer’s business requirements during the Refine Stage
- Research and triage discrepancies within the testing cycle
- Attend project meetings and provide status on progress of testing activities and any other owned deliverables.
- Conduct working sessions with customer and internal resources.
- Conduct a knowledge transfer with Managed Operations to fully transition client.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of EPAY/ People Pay payroll experience.
- Associate must have Vietnam and/or Thailand Payroll processing experience.
- Associate must have Vietnam and/or Thailand Statutory Payroll knowledge with all due dates.
- Ability to document actions, decisions, and testing discrepancies in both an ad hoc and prescribed time interval
- Ability to write customer specific unit test scenarios in standardized testing format
- Experience in troubleshooting, researching and documenting testing discrepancies (RCAs)
- Experience writing Standard Operating Procedures for custom processes
- Prior experience with both payroll and benefits with HCM software
- Prior functional experience with Dayforce HCM
- Great customer service and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of how managed payroll or benefits functions
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize and multi-task
- Ability to be flexible with timelines and changes
