Job Description:Department: LegalThe Tax Lawyer will generally be responsible for overall in charge of the tax concerns, planning, issues, audits, and litigation of the company and its affiliates including the preparation and filing of tax documents.The post holder will ensure the compliance with BIR, SEC, BOC, LGU, and other regulatory agencies.Qualifications:

With at least three (3) yrs. of experience as a Tax Lawyer coming from an auditing company or manufacturing firm

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
