The role manages purchase orders, invoices, payments, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with standards and partnering with teams and vendors to resolve inquiries and improve processes. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including purchase orders, vendor bills, credit cards, and payments. Maintain well-ordered payables registers and ensure all transactions are accurate and actionable. Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and respond promptly to inquiries. Maintain a live register of payables with commentary and payment proposals. Verify VAT on purchases is correctly recorded and recovered. Reconcile accounts payable accounts and highlight exceptions during month-end close. Support efficiency in processing by identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions. Act as a business partner to purchasing heads to ensure proper payment practices. Qualifications: Hands-on experience with ERP systems. Knowledge of accounting principles and U.S. GAAP. Experience handling accounts payable and ledger processes in high-volume environments. Demonstrates organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ensures accuracy and attention to detail in deadline-driven environments. Handles daily accounting tasks while contributing to ongoing process improvements. Clear and coherent both verbal and written communication skills in English, to effectively communicate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Screening Criteria Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of three (3) to four (4) years of accounting experience with responsibilities in accounts payable, financial reporting, or reconciliations. Must have a stable employment history.
