- Develop integrated media plans based on client objectives, target audiences, and budget.
- Recommend channel mix (digital, social, programmatic, traditional, influencer, etc.) tailored to campaign goals.
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform planning.
- Coordinate media bookings, placements, and trafficking of campaigns across platforms.
- Work with vendors and media partners to negotiate rates and secure cost efficiencies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide ongoing optimizations to improve ROI.
- Partner with creative and account management teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Communicate effectively with external media partners and platforms.
- Present media strategies, rationales, and performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting insights, results, and recommendations.
- Track KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads Manager, DSP dashboards) to measure success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in media planning/buying, preferably within an agency or digital-first environment.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, programmatic, influencer marketing) and traditional media planning.
- Proficiency in media tools such as Nielsen, ComScore, or similar is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
