The ideal candidate will support our customer service operations and be responsible for the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders. Provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone
Create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic
Assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management
Ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic
Collaborate with team members to support client needs and compliance

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role
Proficiency with Applied Epic (required)
Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
