- Administer various Company programs, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain the Company's Human Resources Information System on a daily basis (Workday)
- Manage HR service desk ticketing system
- Provide information upon client Request for any HR related items
- Conduct/Facilitate Background, Criminal, Credit, and Alltrac Checks, where applicable
- Minor disciplinary case management
- Provide required documentation for internal and external audits both company and client specific
- Preparation of HR related documents for employee requests and legal documentation/ amendments.
- Maintain regular HR reporting and follow through on pending business process
- Facilitates new hire orientation
- Employee on-boarding and off-boarding
- Assist on company initiated engagement activities
- Facilitates exit interview and employee exit process
- Assist with payroll processes (location specific)
- Champion company core values and other company programs
- Other duties as assigned
