Join us as we shape the future of food in Asia and build a culture where, together, we nourish the future.Job DescriptionThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for the general warehouse operations for Feeds and Animal Health from receiving of goods, storage, internal movements, goods issuances, and unloading/loading of raw materials such as micro-ingredients, packaging, spares, animal health products, marketing and etc. ensuring timely, accurate, complete documentation and compliance to Good Warehousing Policy, Procedures and Standards for safe and efficient warehousing operations.The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness and proper unloading of goods from trucks, or transportation vehicles into the warehouse facility.The role also ensures real-time, accurate and complete system recording of all inventory related transactions.Inbound ProcessingReceive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentsAccurately record incoming materials in SAP, including batch numbers and storage locationsSubmits delivery samples to QA for quality inspection (for QA relevant deliveries)Coordinate with the Planning, Procurement and Quality Assurance teams (and/or end users) to ensure timely delivery and quality standardsPerforms timely posting of Goods Receipt transactionsEnsures efficient unloading process to comply with truck turnaround/vans cycle time service level agreements (SLA)Reports any nonconformance of received deliveries to team leaders & relevant stakeholders (e.g. quantity discrepancy, lacking documents, infestation, damages, and other sources of nonconformance)Performs supplier return transaction for rejected deliveriesResolves any issues on unpaid supplier invoices related to Goods Receiving processOutbound ProcessingProcess material requests and fulfill orders accurately and efficientlyPrepare materials for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labelingCoordinate with the shipping department to schedule and execute shipmentsPerforms timely posting of Goods Issuance transactionsMonitors & executes disposal of obsolete inventory as indicated in the inventory guidelinesInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records in SAP, including cycle counts and physical inventoriesEnsures accuracy of inventory reports sent to stakeholders as requiredIdentify and resolve any inventory discrepanciesOptimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess stockWarehouse OperationsEnsure proper storage and organization of materials in the warehouseAdhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environmentEnsures safety and efficient operation of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)SAP UtilizationUtilize SAP to execute tasks related to material receipt, issuance, and inventory managementGenerate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improve processesInventory Count & ReconciliationMakes the necessary preparation prior to inventory count to ensure proper execution of count & reconciliationCoordinates with the Accounting team & other stakeholders in performing the inventory countReconciles & traces inventory transactions to resolve any inventory discrepancyProvide proper justification & explanation for untraced variances and come up with the correct action plans to prevent recurring inventory issuesOther TasksPerforms other related activities that may be assigned by Immediate Team LeaderActively participates in all company programsEnsures execution of quality and food safety standards in compliance with Pilmico Food Safety Policy warehouse operationsReports problems related to food safety and quality management systems to identified authoritiesQualificationsEducation: Graduate of any four year, preferably business relatedExperience: At least 6 months experience in warehousing and inventory managementLicense/s: Not applicableOther Requirements:Knowledge of warehousing, inventory management and controlComputer literacy in data processing and company required softwareAbility to communicate well, both oral and writtenSense of urgency
