- Develop, enforce, and continuously improve security strategies to protect employees, facilities, and company assets.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify threats, and implement mitigation measures to reduce security vulnerabilities across Laguna and Eastwood.
- Manage 24/7 security operations, ensuring effective deployment of security personnel and technology.
- Oversee and maintain CCTV, access control, perimeter security, and alarm systems to prevent unauthorized access or incidents.
- Supervise third-party security vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, performance benchmarks, and contract requirements.
- Ensure the operational readiness and maintenance of all security infrastructure and recommend technology upgrades to enhance site security.
- Support liaison efforts with law enforcement, government agencies (PNP, NBI, Customs, AHJ), and regulatory bodies to assist with security initiatives and compliance requirements.
- Regular coordination with senior management, local law enforcement, and government agencies.
- Lead C-TPAT and supply chain security program for AE Philippines, including Cavite site, through internal audits, customer walkthroughs, and risk mitigation planning.
- Lead and coordinate security investigations across supported sites and maintain centralized security incident reporting database for AE Global, collaborating with HR and Legal as necessary.
- Develop, implement, and test emergency response protocols for incidents such as fire, natural disasters, active shooter situations, and civil unrest.
- Conduct security drills and training programs to ensure crisis preparedness across supported sites.
- Act as the point of contact for emergency coordination and escalation.
- Oversee executive protection (EP) programs for AE Philippines and support Asia regional executive movements as required, including security planning and travel risk assessments.
- Support cross-site security assessments and represent the function during corporate audits; conduct periodic cross-site security audits as required.
- Lead the development and implementation of a global e-Visitor Management System, ensuring long-term sustainability and standardization across AE sites.
- Drive alignment of site-level security practices with AE’s regional and global direction, contributing to the development of consistent policies, procedures, and governance standards.
- Provide periodic security performance updates, risk trend analyses, and improvement recommendations to AE Philippines leadership and Global Security leadership.
- Serve as the security liaison during site-level crises, collaborating with crisis response teams and supporting post-incident reviews across Laguna and Eastwood.
- Bachelor’s degree in security management, Criminology, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, or a similar field.
- Strong expertise in risk management, security investigations, executive protection, and emergency response planning.
- Experience in C-TPAT compliance, security audits, and customer security support is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to liaise with law enforcement, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
- Strong knowledge of security technology solutions, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
- Ability to travel between Laguna and Eastwood sites and provide on-call emergency response support.
