Craft and implement a strategic UX vision to enhance user satisfaction and engagement across mobile apps and websites. Translate research findings into actionable design guidelines, style guides, and design systems. Design, test, and refine UX components, including navigation, interactions, and user journeys, to ensure optimal usability. Create compelling graphic designs, such as images, sketches, and layouts, to support UX objectives. Identify and address complex UX issues through iterative testing and analysis. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Management to align UX strategies and solutions. Use customer feedback, analytics, and usability metrics to continually improve the user experience. Mentor and guide junior designers on UX best practices, methodologies, and tools. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating a focus on user experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and UX tools like Figma and Adobe XD. In-depth understanding of UX principles, usability, and user research methodologies. Ability to create user-centered designs that address real-world problems and enhance user satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centric approach. Superior communication skills, with the ability to explain UX concepts and design rationale clearly. Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers. Strong team player with effective collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with ride-hailing services or similar industries is a plus.
