Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Property Specialist at Ayala Land International Sales, Inc. The International Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and marketing real estate products owned and developed by Ayala Land, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates. The role involves engaging with clients, managing customer inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating sales contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The International Property Specialist will primarily be based in Makati but will have flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of commercial and residential real estate Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with property management software is a plus Experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
