- Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Develop and execute project-related administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, analysis planning, report setup and quality control, and project documents.
- Oversee data review and management processes with precision.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure project tasks are efficiently and accurately completed.
- Provide mentorship, support, and training to Operations Executives.
- Learn and utilise project management software to track and streamline project workflows.
- Prior experience in a market research agency, with a proven track record with scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and delivering/reviewing materials across the project lifecycle.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
- Ability to manage tasks for either qualitative or quantitative market research projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects.
