JOB OVERVIEWWe're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to help manage guest communications for our Airbnb listings.Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and booking requestsHandle guest concerns before, during, and after their stayCoordinate with cleaners, maintenance staff, and property managers as neededProvide excellent service to ensure 5-star guest experiencesMaintain accurate records of bookings and communicationsQualifications:Experience in customer service (Airbnb is required)Strong written and verbal English communication skillsFriendly, patient, and problem-solving mindsetAbility to work remotely with stable internet connectionOrganized and dependableWork Setup:Remote, 40 hours a week (but must be responsive to guest inquiries in real time)Full-timeIf you're passionate about hospitality and enjoy helping guests feel at home, we'd love to hear from you!SKILL REQUIREMENT
