- Support Management Accounting (MA) charges related to GT portfolios managed in the Netherlands.
- Act as a coordinating contact point for finance-related queries from various ING locations
- Assist in expense and FTE monitoring, including variance analysis, forecasts, and budget tracking.
- Help prepare management information (MI), dashboards, and analysis for global GT oversight processes.
- Contribute in helping maintain and enhance reporting solutions for global stakeholders
- Build understanding of Group Treasury portfolios and activities and provide operational finance support to GT stakeholders in the Netherlands.
- Support process improvements, documentation, and data quality initiatives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid foundation in financial accounting, management accounting, and variance analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to structure, analyze, and interpret financial data
- Strong presentation and visualization skills, with the ability to:
- Create clear, concise, and executive‑ready presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Translate complex financial data into meaningful insights, visuals, and storylines
- Experience or strong interest in Power BI, including:
- Supporting the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports
- Using data visualizations to enhance management information and decision‑making
- Ability to communicate financial insights clearly, both verbally and in writing, in fluent English
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive, structured, and eager to continuously learn complex finance and Treasury topics
- Team player who works effectively in a cross‑border, multicultural environment, while also demonstrating ownership and independence
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and strong alignment with ING values and the Orange Code
- Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Economics and Financial Management; Master’s degree is an advantage
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in management accounting, financial control, financial reporting, audit, or related finance roles
- Basic knowledge of Treasury, Financial Markets, or Corporate Finance is an advantage
- Experience in an international, shared services, or global support environment is a plus
