We are seeking a highly proactive and seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Founder of a fast-growing E-Commerce company based in Europe. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is skilled at anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and enabling executive focus.Work Hours: 40 hours/week (full-time); EU working hours
Work Set-Up: Remote (PH-based); Independent Contractor
Salary: $800-$1600Key Responsibilities:Executive & Administrative Support
  • Manage inbox and calendar for executives
  • Track and coordinate tasks and projects
  • Handle financial coordination and basic reporting
  • Create SOPs from Loom recordings and existing processes
  • Maintain data dashboards (Google Sheets) and handle data entry
  • Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports
  • Book travel and handle ad hoc admin tasks
  • Join daily/weekly check-in calls
Partnerships & Growth
  • Support and manage affiliate partnerships
  • Support and grow influencer collaborations
  • Support B2B partnerships and outreach
Process & Systems Management
  • Update and maintain online stores (Amazon, Bol, MediaMarkt, Decathlon, Shopify)
  • Enter and update product data (pricing, promos, info)
  • Build SOPs and workflows to document key processes
  • Identify and implement internal efficiency improvements
Role Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting an e-commerce founder
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong skills in Google Sheets, including dashboards and reporting
  • Proven experience in inbox/calendar management, SOP creation, and business reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and at least one marketplace (Amazon or Bol.com)
Preferred Requirements:
  • Practical experience managing listings and backend tasks across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Bol.com, MediaMarkt, Decathlon)
  • Experience sourcing and managing affiliate, influencer, and B2B partnerships
  • Strong background in financial coordination and reporting support
  • Comfortable with travel planning and handling personal assistant tasks
  • Genuine interest in personal development and exploring productivity tools
