You will also be exposed to backend ServiceNow development, including workflows, scripting, and integrations. Whether you're experienced in ServiceNow or transitioning from other platforms, this is an opportunity to be trained and grow into a full-stack ServiceNow developer.We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets from scratch
  • Build intuitive, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap
  • Create visually engaging, brand-compliant, and user-centered designs using wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
  • Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
  • Collaborate with platform developers and stakeholders to integrate the portal with workflows, APIs, and backend data sources
  • Customize the look and feel of the portal to align with branding and user experience standards
  • Participate in backend ServiceNow development, including scripting (Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts), data model configuration, and integrations-training will be provided; willingness to learn is expected
  • Maintain documentation for design, development, and implementation
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform capabilities, UI/UX best practices, and industry trends
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in front-end or full-stack web development
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, AngularJS, and Bootstrap
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and user-centered design approaches
  • Experience building responsive web pages and interactive UI components
  • Ability to translate mockups and wireframes into high-quality, accessible, and responsive code
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow in ServiceNow development (training provided)
  • Experience with enterprise platforms or customer-facing web applications is a plus
  • A design/UI/UX portfolio showcasing your work is required
