Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Investment Relations Officer to manage and enhance ourcompanys relationships with investors and regulatory bodies. This role involves preparing and updating information1. Regulatory Compliance:Prepare and update information about the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the company.Ensure compliance with the Bureau of Investments (BOI) mandates related to the company.2. Investor Relations:o Develop and implement an investor relations plan and strategy.o Communicate with shareholders and potential investors to provide information about the companys financial performance and prospects.o Manage the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and other financial reports.o Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and other investor relations events.3. Financial Reporting:Prepare and present financial information to analysts, investors, and company executives.Monitor changes in the ownership of the companys stock and report on investor sentiment and market trends.4. Collaboration:Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC and BOI regulatory requirements.Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department on financial disclosures and reporting.
