Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer, located in the Clark Freeport and Special Economic Zone, Pampanga. The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, handling contract negotiations, analyzing procurement data, and overseeing purchasing activities. The goal is to ensure that all procurement processes are conducted efficiently and effectively, in alignment with the company's standards and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and establish purchasing agreements. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on project and operational requirements. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs. Track delivery schedules and ensure timely arrival of goods and services. Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation. Monitor price trends and market conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities. Prepare project procurement schedules. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards. Handle importation, logistics, or local delivery coordination as needed. Uphold the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all procurement dealings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction procurement. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Experience with Purchase Orders and Purchasing. Strong Analytical Skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in MS Office.
