
Accounts Payable Team Lead (AU Tech, Hybrid)

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a Accounts Payable team of a large corporate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good written and verbal skills
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with good knowledge of chart of accounts
- Strong reconciliation & analytical skills
- JDE Experience
- Process invoices, credit notes and staff expenses in a timely and accurate manner
- Process vendor application forms including performing credit checks
- Monthly reconciliation of key creditor accounts
- Manage shared email account on a rotation basis
- Prepare payment for trade vendors when they fall due
- Handle vendor enquiries
- Liaise with Purchasing department to resolve pricing or receipting issues
- Process Purchasing Card transactions and reconciliations and raise general journals in GL
- Assist in month end closing
- Filing on a rotation basis
