Job Description Delivery of end-to-end processes for sourcing, selecting, hiring and on-boarding the right talents at the right time and the right cots to successfully fulfil business requirements. Responsibilities Sourcing Develops content and material for use in various job advertisement materials such as but not limited to the following: Online Ads (Job Street, Monster, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.) Employee Referral, Internal Job Posting and other relevant internal job advertisements Newspaper Ads (Manila Bulletin, Inquirer, etc.) Ads for School, Associations, and other relevant institutions Post job advertisement in various channels such as but not limited to the following: Online Channels (Job Street, Monster, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Internal Job Boards such Email announcement, bulletin boards, etc. Newspapers (Manila Bulletin, Inquirer, etc.) Campus, Association etc. Other possible channels Manage on-site and off-site sourcing programs and activities such as but not limited to the following: Employee Referral Program Campus Recruitment Job Fairs Internal Job Posting Internal Movement Other future programs and activities relevant to talent pipelining Sorts/segregate candidates according to job specification (i.e. paper screening). Manage online recruitment management system if available. Create and manage recruitment candidate database. Selection Schedule qualified candidates for initial interview. Conducts initial interview. Endorse and schedule candidate for assessment (online tests if available, etc.). Endorse and schedule shortlisted candidates for Hiring Manager&aposs interview. Get feedback from hiring manager on candidate&aposs status. Provide status to candidates in every step of the recruiting process. Calibrate with hiring manager to ensure candidate profile is align with business requirement. Conducts Training relevant to effective interviewing such as but not limited to Targeted Selection Interview , Behavior Based Interview , etc. Hiring Gather salary details of final candidates to create salary proposal. Submit salary proposal to approving officer (Daad, Natalie, Jen, etc.). Schedule Job Offer. Prepares Job Offer/Contract. Conduct Job Offer/Contract Signing. Discuss pre-employment documentation and requirements. Tracks the pre-employment documentation of all new hires and ensure that all the necessary routines, pre-boarding documents are accomplished based on agreed standards. Accepts pre-employment documents/reports from new hire and vendors. Collates and endorse complete 201 documents of new hire to HRIS to ensure proper on-boarding. Coordinates new hire training schedule and advises new hire on confirmed training dates. On-boarding Prepares and conduct new hire orientation Monitor Attrition of new hires on 1st 90 days of employment Recruitment Report and Analytics Develop and manage recruitment database to be able to generate reports and analytics such as but not limited to the following: Recruitment Fill Rate Recruitment Fulfillment Time Recruitment Retention Rate Others/Projects: Manage and monitor performance of recruitment vendors. Prepares, monitor and submit payment request of recruitment vendors to finance. Submit recruitment report to corporate HR such as but not limited to the following: Updated Job Offer Tracker every Friday Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in end to end volume recruitment in the BPO/Shared Service/Financial Services Industry with proven track record in designing and implementing creative and out of the box recruitment marketing initiatives and programs. Ability to utilize effectively the recruitment database (jobs online, etc.). Knowledge of various placement programs, processes and vendor capabilities. Ability to develop and maintain networks w/ agencies, professional organizations and companies for sourcing purposes; ability to negotiate alternative fee structures. Ability to develop networks w/ alumni offices and career placement offices of various colleges/universities. Knowledge of best markets for desired candidates and is able to leverage the relevant recruitment advertisement vehicles within those markets. Knowledge of best source schools for various disciplines or targeted backgrounds; aware of effective college recruitment processes and college relations programs; able to source successfully through this channels. Ability to design and write copy for recruitment advertising. Ability to sort/segregate candidates according to job specs (i.e. paper screening). Applies the basic principles of interviewing in the conduct of preliminary and in-depth interview for all levels/positions, including exit interviews. Ability to design the appropriate test battery given the organization&aposs needs/standards; understands testing validation requirements & processes. Ability to identify & apply other selection techniques (competency based interview, targeted selection and other selection tools & criteria) that would be beneficial for the improvement of the screening/interviewing process; including the use of assessment centers and background or reference checking. Ability to train on interviewing, assessment skills etc. Ability to match the organization requirements and the applicants expectation. Ability to carry out routine processes for assessing candidate&aposs fitness for duty (e.g. physical examinations, alcohol or drug screening, and the associated regulations governing such practices). Ability to process necessary pre-boarding documents (government ID&aposs, bank endorsement etc.). Possesses knowledge of effective new hire orientation and assimilation techniques & can conduct Company Orientation for all levels of new hires. Ability to develop employee orientation programs, manuals and handbooks. Ability to design, conduct & analyze on-boarding/integration survey results. Excellent skills in using excel. Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing. Able to use online marketing tools such as Facebook, twitter, instagram, LinkedIn, etc. as media in sourcing for the right talents in the market. Working knowledge in various Recruitment Management Systems such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Workday etc. Show more Show less
