- Lead and manage the accounting and finance operations of the Philippine office.
- Oversee a full range of financial and management accounting functions, including month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and management reports for both internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and manage both company-level and group-level cash flows.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support informed business decisions.
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Establish, review, and strengthen internal controls and financial processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, corporate secretaries, banks, insurers, and government agencies.
- Partner with project managers to develop and review project budgets, forecasts, and financial updates, helping to minimize WIP and improve profitability.
- Oversee payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and reporting regulations.
- Support the implementation of group-level policies, governance frameworks, and financial reporting standards.
- Provide financial input for bids, proposals, and tender submissions, as needed.
- Lead or contribute to special projects and assignments as directed by company leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA qualification is required.
- At least 15 years of post-graduate experience, with a minimum of 10 years in a finance leadership or supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of Philippine financial regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements.
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and empower a diverse finance team.
- Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.
- Previous experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors is highly preferred.
