Quotation, Reservation, create itineraries, invoicing.
To coordinate with the sales & product team of Rida International (abroad)
Make sure all operation process is going smoothly, all services are up to the company standard.
Maintain follow-up system of each quoted request to the agent, get their feedback about the rates, and achieve maximum materialization.
Reporting to section head.

Ideal Profile

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
English Speaking is a must to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region and with minimum 2 years' experience in the tourism industry.
