About The Role About the job Production Coordinator (Piping) The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Supervisors and Contractors are provided with and understands a clear plan to deliver on their responsibilities. Coordinators are required to work collaboratively with the Supervisors to allow them to provide deliverables on time, in full, and to standard, all in a safe working environment. To achieve this, Coordinators need to be supportive and visual leaders enabling their teams to reach their full potential. Required Skills / Experience / Attributes: Essential Graduate of any relevant course or degree Minimum 5 years experience in shipbuilding construction management Strong analytical skills, work planning, and scheduling. Cost management. Computer literate. Proven leadership and management abilities Desirable Knowledge and experience of Austal construction methods.
