- Provide operational support for BI applications and API management platforms
- Act as Level 3 support, performing in-depth analysis and resolution of complex incidents
- Use SQL to trace and validate data flows across multiple systems
- Ensure timely incident resolution and communicate updates via email, phone, and ticketing systems
- Participate in high-impact incident management and crisis resolution
- Drive continuous improvement of support processes and system stability
- Develop shift-left documentation and procedures to enable Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Customer-focused approach with effective issue‑handling skills
- Good organizational, prioritization, and pressure management abilities
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, operating systems, software, and data transmission concepts
- Proficient in SQL
- Experience with:
- SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO)
- Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory
- API platforms (Apigee, API First, AWS)
- Traditional BI tools: SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, SSMS
- Experience working with enterprise ticketing systems
- Able to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced technical environment
- ITIL certification (Incident, Request, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management) is a plus
- Willingness to continuously update technical knowledge
- Financial, Accounting, and Billing Reporting Applications
- Returns and Production Reporting Applications
- Data Lake (Amazon S3), Elasticsearch, Talend, Apigee
- Global API integrations across EMEA, AMERA, Brazil, and Europe
- Ordering, monitoring, and analytics solutions supporting business operations
