The responsibilities of our mid-level developers include writing code, analyzing data, and contributing to the design and implementation of software.Senior Automation Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of Intelligent Automation Systems to enhance business process efficiency
  • Investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.
  • Evaluate automation potential of business processes
  • Conducts coding within RPA Platforms (e.g., BluePrism, UiPath, Power Automate Cloud/Power Automate Desktop/Power Apps)
  • Monitors, supports, and maintains running BOTs
  • Collaborate with other automation experts across our worldwide organization to explore solutions, adapt and share best practice
  • Work together with different organizational areas on process designs
  • Support Project Manager / RPA Lead in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships
  • Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or any related course.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development and end to end automation using UiPath, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
  • Minimum of 3 years in design and development experience with any of the following platforms: Blue Prism, UiPath, Power Automate Desktop/Power Automate Cloud/Power Apps and Co-Pilot Studio and development experience with Python and NLP
  • Have at least 2 Developer Certification with any of the following: BluePrism Certified Developer, UiPath Advance Professional Developer, or Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
  • Having Solutions Architect Certification on any of these BluePrism, UiPath, AA360 and Power Platform is preferred.
  • With experience in programming languages such as C#, VB.Net and Python especially in Natural Language Processing.
  • Experience or knowledge of integrating Generative AI on existing RPA Platforms is highly preferred.
  • Experience in API Integration is a must.
  • Experienced in NLP using Python is a must.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL or any database query language
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English as well as presentation skills.
  • Be a highly driven, autonomous, resilient and team player with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable in a consulting type of work
  • Amenable to work on hybrid set-up and shifting schedule
