The company is scaling rapidly and building lean, high-performance systems to support growth while maintaining operational excellence.Role OverviewThe Sales Operations & Onboarding Coordinator is an execution-focused role that supports outbound campaigns, onboarding workflows, and internal sales operations.This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured systems and SOPs. The focus is on consistent execution, clean data management, and making sure no steps are missed across the sales and onboarding process.You will not be expected to build strategy from scratch. Instead, you will manage and execute pre-defined workflows, maintain accurate records, and support the team by keeping operations running smoothly.Your ImpactYou will play a key role in ensuring that no sales opportunities are lost due to operational gaps or missed follow-ups. Your work will directly contribute to improving lead conversion rates, maintaining accurate sales data, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.By maintaining strong operational discipline, you will help streamline workflows, reduce delays in contract processing, and improve overall team efficiency. Your attention to detail and consistent execution will support revenue growth and ensure a high standard of client experience.Core ResponsibilitiesCampaign Monitoring & Lead Response Execution (30 percent)
Monitor outbound campaign tools for replies, bounces, and opt-outs on a daily basis
Categorize inbound responses based on defined SOPs and routing rules
Send scheduling links and execute structured follow-up sequences
Conduct light research on interested leads and create accurate CRM entries
Prepare pre-call notes and support weekly reporting on campaign performance
