We hire development and testing experts for small and medium SAAS companies around the world.Our client is a venture-backed startup building the world's largest sports network from the ground up. In 2023, they live streamed over 400,000 youth basketball, volleyball, soccer and lacrosse games, powered by groundbreaking autonomous video capture and logistics technology. They are rapidly expanding the spectrum of sports coverage and changing the landscape of sports broadcasting.The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and driven QA Engineer Lead to join a new in-person QA team based in the Philippines and provide immediate impact to the company. The ideal candidate is a dependable self-starter with grit and a growth mindset who takes personal pride and responsibility for ensuring a world-class consumer-grade experience for our users. Your day-to-day work will include building and automating test cases to maximize immediate business and customer impact, and identifying and communicating quality issues from beginning to resolution. This role demands a strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for user experience and QA.Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize test automation to maximize business impact and enhance efficiency and reliability of testing.
Drive the identification, documentation, and resolution of quality issues.
Collaboratively work with our Product and Engineering teams to integrate quality practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Stay cutting-edge with the latest and greatest testing tools and test strategies.
Create and perform both automated and manual tests.
Provide technical mentorship to other team members.

Ideal Profile

You have at least 4 years experience, ideally within a Business Manager / Chief of Staff or Quality Assurance / Testing role.
You have working knowledge of Cypress
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams
