I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Implements appropriate labor relations strategies, plans and interventions to develop and maintain a high performing work environment Consults with stakeholders to accurately diagnose issues and provides advice and solutions that maximize business results Ensures the company's compliance to Philippine labor laws and standards, company policies, and applicable law/government-related concerns. Represents the company in DOLE audits and hearings as well as in labor cases before the National Labor Relations Committee (NLRC), including Single Entry Approach (SEnA) conferences. Works closely with the company legal counsel in resolving labor cases from team members. Drafts and issues memorandums, notices to explain, and notices of decision. Investigates administrative cases and conducts administrative hearings. Tracks, organizes, and reviews records, reports, and documentation of all grievance and disciplinary measures Develops and provides training for operations leadership who over Performs other related duties as assigned. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, Political Science or equivalent At least 5 years' experience in the related field Has handled labor matters - DOLE or NLRC, SENA With experience in handling DOLE compliance inspection Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of the Philippine labor laws Proficient knowledge of arbitration and mediation, legal proceeding/due process, fair employment practices, etc. Negotiation and handling administrative investigation Good verbal and written communication skills Show more Show less
