- Manage high-level emails and respond promptly.
- Handle Inbound & outbound calls with professionalism.
- Perform data entry with a high accuracy & efficiency.
- Maintain and update CRM, spreadsheets, and other records.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing and triaging emails.
- Provide customer support & respond to enquiries.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Apply critical thinking to assess client situations, identify solutions, and improve processes.
- 2+ years of experience as B2C CSR for any financial campaigns.
- At least 1 year of experience as B2B CSR.
- B2 to A1 English Proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong critical thinking & problem-solving skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) – Fluency in English is a must.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative tasks, and email management.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
