1. > Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through automation and system capabilities. > Ensure compliance with data privacy, information security, and statutory regulations. > Monitor system usage and data quality; implement controls to maintain integrity. 5. Reporting & Analytics > Develop and deliver HR dashboards, reports, and insights to leadership. > Leverage analytics from SuccessFactors to support workforce planning and talent strategies. > Continuous Improvement & Innovation > Stakeholder Engagement & Communication > Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SuccessFactors administrators. > Allocate tasks, set performance goals, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and support. > Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning. 2. SuccessFactors System Management > Ensure smooth execution of core HR processes such as re-organization, update employee records and SOX compliance and reporting. > Partner with IT & Quality team to drive process improvement. 3. Stakeholder Engagement > Act as the primary point of contact for HR leadership, business units, and technical teams regarding SuccessFactors. > Translate business needs into project and drive closure. > Work with ERT / IM/ Q&P to drive improvement. 4. > Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field. > 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in SAP SuccessFactors. > Minimum 3 years of prior leadership/people management experience required. > Can work hybrid (McKinley Taguig office) > People Development > Hands-on experience with multiple SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central mandatory; others like Recruitment, LMS, PMGM, Compensation preferred). > Excellent data analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable insight. > Strong understanding of system integrations (SAP HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.). > Proficiency in reporting tools (Advanced Reporting, People Analytics, or similar). > Problem-solving and analytical mindset with attention to detail. > Ability to balance operational support with long-term strategic projects.
