As an Accounting Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our accounting operations to ensure the highest level of service delivery to our clients.This role will be supporting our offshore clients alongside the Ops Manager and shall be available during US business hours. What You'll Be Doing Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of accountants handling various client accounts. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team efficiency and productivity. Client Support: Partner with Ops Managers in acting as primary points of contact for clients, understanding their unique accounting needs, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial services. Process Optimization: Help evaluate and enhance accounting processes within the client framework to improve efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high work standards, including helping review financial reports, reconciliations, and tax filings. Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, provide constructive feedback, and develop strategies for improvement. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize skill-building sessions to ensure the team stays updated with industry best practices and specific requirements. Conflict Resolution: Address escalated client issues and internal conflicts promptly and professionally. Financial Analysis: Help the accounting team conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide clients with strategic insights for informed decision-making. Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations and relevant accounting standards. Reporting: Generate reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes in alignment with requirements. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred). Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is advantageous. Proven experience in a BPO accounting leadership role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
