Overview of the role: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner Manage meeting room reservations and ensure they are clean and ready before each use Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area Coordinate deliveries and receive packages or documents from couriers and suppliers Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required Ensure security by following access protocols and logging visitor details Qualifications: Graduate of BS in Office Administration/Office Management, BS in Hospitality Management/Tourism Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and attitude Show more Show less
