
Sr. QA Consultant (ServiceNow)

- Lead test activities to ensure technical deliverables are complete, accurate, consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time, meeting major architectural requirements.
- Deliver hands-on ServiceNow solutions (testing) either independently or as part of a team, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Test and validate scalability and performance of software.
- Formulate and implement software testing strategies.
- Prepare defect reports and report test progress.
- Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the test process to deliver high-quality software.
- Develop and automate test scripts for software validation using any automation tool or scripting language.
- Build trust-based relationships and maintain a reputation for accuracy and quality of delivery with client stakeholders.
- Solve problems quickly and calmly while contributing to deliverables.
- Lead the formulation and implementation of software testing strategies.
- Mentor and guide more junior QA team members.
- Proven experience and understanding of IT workflows (incident, problem, change).
- Senior team experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Senior team experience in scoping effort and requirements for ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs).
- Programming knowledge in any language (JavaScript, Python, Shell).
- Hands-on experience with the ATF (Automated Test Framework) module of ServiceNow.
- Experience working in an agile, fast-paced environment.
- IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science.
- ServiceNow CSA and CIS ITSM certifications.
- ITIL Foundation Certified.
- Participation in ServiceNow upgrades.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications.
- ServiceNow sales & presales accreditation in 1+ product line.
- ServiceNow Suite Certified (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
