About The Team Maintain, and improve the warehouse's facilities, infrastructure, and equipment to ensure operational reliability, safety and compliance. This includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating repairs and upgrades, optimizing energy and resource use, and supporting warehouse operations with minimal downtime. Job Description Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular daily inspection. Maintain records of maintenance activities and as-built drawings. Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of handling machines such as conveyors, reach truck, dock, levelers, roll up doors, and automated machines. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on warehouse equipment Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent downtime. Evaluate facility performance and recommend improvements. Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner. Monitor construction work progress to ensure quality, budget, and deadline compliance. Coordinate with the landlord and contractors on warehouse construction issues Provide project status reports to Facilities Lead. Prepare and review engineering plans, technical specifications, and estimate. Take part in the bidding process including RFPs, evaluations, documentations during selection of supplier/contractors. Support safety programs to prevent hazards exposure and decrease potential damage to the property. Facilitate compliance to industrial park and local government requirements, policies and efficiencies Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill Perform other administrative functions such as purchase requisitions, suppliers/vendors/contractors, endorsement, utilities management Flexible to assigned work schedules supporting warehouse operational hours Willing to work onsite at warehouse locations May require overtime or weekend work during project execution Occasional travel between warehouse locations Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably with PRC license Has at least 2 to 5 years experience in facilities engineering, maintenance or warehouse building operations Strong Analytical skills proficiency in MS excel, data analysis and visualization tool Experience with handling equipment, conveyors and motor controls Proficient in reading technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
