The Opportunity As a Senior Data Analyst / Data Architect , you will: Architect end-to-end data platforms, integrating structured and unstructured data across multiple sources and environments. Lead development and deployment of machine learning models that directly impact business outcomes such as predictive analytics, personalization, risk scoring, and NLP. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into scalable data solutions that align with our goals. Establish data governance, security, and compliance best practices across systems and processes. Optimize data storage, processing, and retrieval using technologies like Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar. Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, real-time data streams, and ML pipelines to ensure seamless data integration and analysis. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and data architecture. Experience in ML engineering, MLOps, advanced data science, and U.S. healthcare regulatory knowledge Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other language. Strong hands-on experience with data warehousing, cloud platforms and orchestration tools. Proven experience in deploying ML models in production environments using MLOps, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with US regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and industry standards. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Haves Experience with data products in healthcare, finance, or consumer applications. US work experience or training from a U.S. institution. Familiarity with LATAM market data infrastructure challenges and compliance landscape. Experience leading data teams in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
