Facilitate workshops, manage backlog, coordinate UAT/training, and partner with developers to ensure scalable solutions; Admin certification preferred. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce functional/business analyst role Skilled at eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and translating into user stories for Sales and Service Cloud solutions Proficiency in Salesforce declarative configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Page Layouts, Profiles/Permission Sets Experience facilitating workshops, backlog grooming, UAT, and end-user training Strong collaboration skills with developers to ensure scalable and aligned technical delivery Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.) Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) strongly preferred Show more Show less
