- Process orders in SAP for clients via email and web
- Generate reports in SAP and Excel to monitor orders on hold and ensure prompt dispatch
- Track orders from warehouses to customers, managing inquiries, complaints, and resolutions effectively
- Oversee returns processing including pre-checks with sales and warehouse teams for credit/debit notes
- Provide comprehensive support to customers and sales, collaborating closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in handling SAP Order Entry Process Proficiency in MS Excel is required; SAP knowledge in Order Entry is required
- Must be detail oriented and customer-service oriented
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is needed
- Amenable to work on mid-shift schedule (4:00 PM to 1:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
