In the Philippines, IPG Mediabrands was founded in 2015 by the late and beloved Venus Reyes-Navalta and is registered in SEC as IPG Mediabrands Philippines, Inc. We are structured in the country as an umbrella company of a number of brands or business units such as UM (media agency), Initiative (media agency), Magna, Orion, MediaBrands Content Studio (MBCS) plus our now affiliates Kinesso, Reprise (performance marketing) and Matterkind (programmatic / addressable media) which unified into one business unit still called Kinesso that incorporated its own company in 2021 to form Kinesso Philippines, Inc. We are looking for a RESEARCH EXECUTIVE (aka INSIGHTS EXECUTIVE) who can join our team: THE RESEARCH EXECUTIVE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Collect data from local markets and coordinate with regional and hub teams for data automation projects Run and analyze data from the full suite of industry and proprietary UM tools to support regional strategy requirements or new business Work with his/her line manager in providing consumer, business, and media insights that the strategy teams can take forward Work with his/her line manager in analyzing modelling results and translating them into clear business and planning tasks Work with his/her line manager in collecting and analyzing data for multi-market learnings, trends decks, and thought leadership pieces Working with APAC client teams to maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date insight reports using in-house & syndicated data Involvement in aspects of research process including questionnaire development, working with vendors, data review, data analysis & presentation (where required) DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor&aposs degree in Statistics, Communication Research, or any related field or equivalent work experience Preferably with at least 2 years of market research experience Background in BHT, Ad-Testing or any ad hoc custom research studies Exposed to Data Interrogation, Data Interpretation, Data Analysis and Questionnaire Design Experience with software package (SPSS), survey tools (Survey Monkey), coding/programming is an edge Ability to understand and do scripting is an advantage Must be able to help with pitch research Exposure to mobile or online FGD and Ethnography research is preferred but not required Must have a relatively calm personality and knows how to deal with pressure Proficiency in running data from 3rd party tools and from proprietary UM tools Proficiency in data visualization and restructuring tools (e.g. Tableau, RScript, Python, etc.) Proficiency on API process is a plus Ability to manage projects working with multiple stakeholders Understanding of business and media metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail If you believe that the team and this role might be perfect for YOU, go ahead and click on Linkedin&aposs "Easy Apply" to start the process.
