Grow here.Job DescriptionRole OverviewThe Design Manager- Structures will provide strategic leadership and technical expertise for structural engineering projects across the Middle East region. This role involves overseeing engineering production activities, ensuring technical excellence, and managing relationships with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in delivering complex projects with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities

Support, oversee, and coordinate engineering production activities for the operating unit.
Initiate and maintain contact with senior-level management within the company; skilled in dispute resolution and negotiation of critical issues.
Demonstrate understanding of project delivery requirements and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
Anticipate and solve routine and unusual operational problems; determine objectives and requirements for diverse engineering activities.
Organize programs and projects, develop standards and guides, and ensure high-quality technical excellence.
Operate with broad general objectives and administrative supervision.
Train and grow the juniors with technical training programs

QualificationsQualifications & Experience

Master's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Chartered Engineer (CEng), Professional Engineer (PE), or equivalent global certification (e.g., Institution of Civil Engineers, UK).
Minimum 15+ years of experience in structural engineering, including leadership roles.
Proven experience delivering major projects in the Middle East region.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to see the “big picture” and provide strategic oversight.
Demonstrated accountability, precision, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

Skilled in managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with advanced structural analysis tools and BIM workflows.
