As an Operational Excellence Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in optimising and streamlining our logistics processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and optimise logistics processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational workflows Ground Operations Improvement: Take a hands-on approach, willing to get your hands dirty, to identify, propose, and implement improvements in ground operations for a more streamlined and effective workflow Data Analysis: Utilise Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data, providing insights to drive informed decision-making Project management: Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Candidates with expected graduation in 2025 or recent graduates are welcomed to apply Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and reporting Curiosity and Passion: Exhibit curiosity, passionate to understand the whys, and dedicated to solving problems and creating impact Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
