Key Responsibilities Day-to-day accounting tasks: Handle full set of accounts or partial accounts for multiple MCST properties / condominiums Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and bank reconciliations Process invoices, receipts, payments and issue cheques Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records Managing funds & collections: Monitor maintenance fee collections and follow up on arrears with residents Prepare monthly statements of accounts and reminder letters for residents Audit & statutory compliance: Support external auditors during annual audits Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), Strata Titles Board (STB) requirements and other regulatory filings Other support: Assist in AGM/EGM preparations (financial slides, reports) Respond to residents' financial queries as required Coordinate with council members, managing agents and external vendors Requirements Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., LCCI / CAT acceptable for junior roles) 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (preferably in MCST / real estate / facilities management sector) Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or property-specific systems like Strata Master / BMS) Good knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST and local statutory compliance Able to manage multiple accounts (for different properties) and meet reporting deadlines Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently Good interpersonal and communication skills (for liaising with property managers and council members) Apply here or Submit your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT] Show more Show less
