As a UI Designer, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into engaging design solutions. From concept to implementation, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive experiences across various digital platforms.The UI Designer role requires strong design skills and collaboration within diverse teams. You'll be involved in every stage of the design process, from concept to testing on iOS and Android platforms.

Actively contribute to all phases of the design process, including mobile application design and testing, ensuring seamless functionality across iOS and Android platforms.
Work closely with diverse teams, including product managers, lead designers, systems engineers, and developers, to align mobile app designs with user requirements and industry standards.
Meet project timelines by delivering clean, high-quality code that aligns with acceptance criteria, fostering a culture of punctuality and excellence.
Apply the Laws of UX and UI Design Rules & Principles to guarantee the usability and feasibility of mobile applications.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mobile app design, actively seeking opportunities to enhance designs and elevate user experiences.
Maintain open lines of communication with the team, including senior management, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Employ a creative approach to address feedback, refining the visual aesthetics and functionality of mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

Experience and Requirements

Background in a computer or design-related field such as UI/UX, Graphic Design, or Computer Science.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital development, with expertise in Figma software.
Proficient in design tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
Thorough understanding of mobile app design patterns, color theory, and visual design principles.
Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively managing project timelines.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying concepts to team members, design leads, managers, and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, complemented by proficient English communication skills.
