Founded to be both humane and excellent, we collaborate with our clients and partners using imagination, technology, and rigour to shape a better world.The OpportunityWorking with the Infrastructure, Transportation and Civils Team, the Engineer will provide leadership or provide support in delivery of master planning, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed engineering design of various projects.Provide site-wide and road grading design, road network layouts, pavement designs, design of cut and fill arrangements, design of stormwater, potable water and firewater network and distribution system, and utility corridors to support project site development.The role is based in Manila office.Your role in our team

Creates coordinated discipline parametric models for analysis and documentation;
Provides project teams with engineering information and other data from project
information model as required;
Produces BIM deliverables according to industry/project/company standards;
Adopts automation on projects as part of workflow, whenever permissible;
Ensures compliance to BIM Execution Plan and Level of Information Need requirements;
Provides technical support to less experienced staff/s;
Delegates and reviews key activities of team members, where appropriate;
Ensures project deliveries according to agreed timeline and quality;
Represents group in internal meetings;
Provides regular updates/reports of drawing/model status to project leads.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
Minimum five years relevant working experience in 2D drawing production/3D modelling of Project Information Models;
Must have good knowledge and skill in Civil/Utilities and Infrastructure modelling;
Proficient technical skills in CAD/BIM and design review application/s such as
Civil 3D and Navisworks. Revit and InfraWorks are desired but not required;
Familiar with cadastral systems in the Philippines;
Familiarity with GIS and LiDAR software preferred;
Programming skills in Dynamo is desired but not required;
Knowledgeable in BIM software interoperability with other engineering design software;
Preferably with experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise set-up;
Familiar on model LOD/LOIN requirements;
Understands basic engineering principles;
Knows to work with team but also knows to work independently or with minimal supervision;
Good oral and written communication.
