- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, including identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor competition and client behavior, adjusting strategies to maintain or exceed market position
- Foster strong client relationships and generate new business to boost deposit volume
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to track performance
- Collaborate with other bank units to address client concerns and improve service
- Regularly review sales performance with the Area Sales Director, implementing process enhancements as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
- Strong track record in sales and marketing of deposit products within the banking industry
- Ability to adapt across diverse markets and customer segments, with a strong hunter mindset and extensive experience in client acquisition, portfolio development, and building a sustainable, growth-focused client base
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strong interpersonal skills that foster collaboration and effective communication
- Ability to adapt to different markets and customer segments, and good interpersonal skills
