This is a US EB3 Green Card Immigration program. Immigration costs will be covered by the employee.Hourly Wage: 16 USDDescription: Home health aides act as a bridge to independent living for many seniors as well as those with disabilities who may also require assistance with activities of daily living. From monitoring a clients vital signs and physical or mental condition to assisting with grooming, hygiene, and, chores around the house, home health aides allow clients to maintain the familiarity and dignity of living at home.Responsibilities for the caregiver position at the Nursing Home are as following:

Bathing, Grooming including Oral Care,
Dressing, and Underdressing,
Toileting activities, Feeding, if necessary,
Recording temperature, blood pressure, etc.
Skin caring if necessary (positioning in the bed or assisting clients movement),
Observing physical, mental and emotional conditions,
Reporting any changes to the Director of Nursing,
Changing bed linens,
Performing housekeeping, meal preparation,
Providing transport to doctor appointments, outside activities, shopping,
Providing a safe environment,
Caring with a nice smile, and communicating effectively with clients.

Company will provide a Personal Aide training program. You will receive a PCA certification upon completion of the program.
