We are seeking a proactive and experienced QALITY ASSURANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER to oversee quality systems for our export garment production. The ideal candidate will ensure product quality meets buyer standards and international requirements across all production stages from raw material to final packing.Supervise QA staff and ensure strict implementation of quality control procedures across cutting, sewing, finishing and packingReview and approve final samples, pre-production pieces, and shipment pieces in coordination with buyers or QA auditorsIdentify and troubleshoot quality issues at the production floor and provide corrective/preventive actionsMonitor quality KPIs (defect rate, defects per hundred units, pass rate, etc.) and drive improvement plansCollaborate with production, IE, and merchandising team and product and development team to resolve quality challengesEnsure buyer compliance with technical specifications and inspection protocolsTrain QA inspections and sewing operators on quality standards and proceduresCommunicate and prepare QA reports to management and buyers as required
