Job Description Oversee and develop digital strategies for awareness and driving new users; Handles cross-functional operations across online marketing channels, from asset coordination, campaign dashboard set-up, optimization, to postmortem analysis; Oversee campaign performance and provide recommendations based on actionable, data-driven insights with the clear objective of driving new users; Determine opportunities to build best practices by identifying trends and competitor movements; and Be the go-to person for questions on digital channel technical questions, including campaign best practices, tracking, and measurement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing or a related field. 5-7 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing (media planning, ads implementation, campaign execution and analysis on digital channels). Extensive experience and knowledge with Meta Ads Manager, Google AdWords, and digital platforms. Advanced Excel skills, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights. Self-starter and a team-player who enjoys a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
