- Prepare, collect, and record production data to support technical and quality functions.
- Maintain and update shelf-life schedules for various product ranges.
- Manage and maintain spreadsheets related to production and product specifications.
- Populate customer forms and ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Create and update product specification documents in line with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and technical teams to ensure documentation reflects current standards and processes.
- Proven experience in technical support, production documentation, or quality assurance within the meat or food manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of meat processing, particularly fresh pork production.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
