Your Role: As a Internal Audit Supervisor you will: Lead and execute risk-based internal audit engagements, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Develop audit plans, conduct fieldwork, review findings, and oversee implementation of corrective actions. Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. Identify control weaknesses, assess business risks, and recommend process improvements. Prepare and present audit reports and findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders. What You Need: Non-negotiables Bacheloru0027s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) completed or in progress Minimum 5 years of internal/external audit or risk management experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of internal audit standards, risk management frameworks, and compliance regulations Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and Microsoft Office Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills Preferred skills/expertise Experience conducting SOC1/SOC2 readiness reviews Strong background in disaster recovery planning and internal controls Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams - About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
