- Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing client files, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Assist Immigration Agents in drafting legal documents, preparing visa applications, and conducting research.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management and timely task completion.
- Communicate professionally with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedural changes.
- Perform general office duties such as answering calls and emails, data entry, and maintaining calendars.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a paralegal or in legal operations support.
- Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures; familiarity with Australian immigration laws preferred.
- Experience in XERO software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Migration Manager) and relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, taking ownership of tasks and meeting deadlines.
